Today, I visited the Lenskart showroom in Nedumangad with high expectations, especially after a wonderful experience at the Hennur, Bangalore branch a few days ago. The staff there were genuinely warm, helpful, and professional, which left a lasting impression on me. Unfortunately, my experience at the Nedumangad branch was quite the opposite—specifically with the male staff. Their behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, almost as if I didn’t belong there. It felt like I was being treated as someone asking for a favor, not as a valued customer. That really disappointed me. This is just my personal experience, and I sincerely hope the store works on improving the attitude and approach of the male staff. I still trust the Lenskart brand and hope to see a more respectful and professional environment next time.

Collectionwise shop experience was good,but employees customer handling was very bad. They don't know about customer values, learn first and deal the customer.

Good collection of specs and the staff (Mr. Unnikrishnan) is really courteous in showing all the collection and explain the products in detail including lens features. Highly recommend.
