Great customer service and good choice of frames

Visited this place today. There were 2 staffs attending the customers and we had to wait for 10 mins as we need to meet the eye technician to know the power of the lens needed before we go with the spectacles. The staffs are knowledgeable and patient; moreover, they guided us with the glass/ lens needed. They have lots of collections and the staffs explained clearly about the brands and its features/warranty details. Overall a good experience.

I'm very satisfied with the customer service is excellent - very respnsive and helpful, they give great advice about their products and provide support throughout the whole process. I can't imagine a more convenient way to purchase new lenses for my glasses.
