As it’s next to the bypass one doesn’t have to go through the traffic. Ample amount of parking for 2 & 4 wheelers. Nice hospital with many doctors resulting in reduced waiting time. I booked an appointment via call and consulted the doctor within few minutes. Prescribed medicine really helps and solved my issue which i was having since 1 year +.

As a frequent visitor of Trinity Eye Hospital for the past 10 years, I have consistently experienced excellent service and professionalism from their team. However, my recent visits over the last two months have been disappointing, and it appears the management's focus on patient care has declined. One of the major issues is the reduced availability of doctors, which has led to overcrowding and longer waiting times. The hospital's service, which once prioritised patient welfare, now seems more inclined toward profit-making. Additionally, the optical department's condition is below par. It is poorly maintained, and the collection of frames is not up to standard. To add to the inconvenience, it takes an unnecessarily long time—up to two weeks—to deliver a single pair of spectacles. While this hospital was once a trusted choice for eye care, recent shortcomings in management and service quality need immediate attention to restore its former reputation.

I have visited trinity hospital with my family today. The modern equipment and services are provided here, but what made this outstanding is one of the staff members offered an ice cream to our 3 year old daughter. I really appreciate the behaviour of this staff and recommend management to recognise his friendly behaviour.
