0 stars is what you deserve....the way you spoke to my parents today shows your vulgar and low moral standards towards your patients. I regret i am not able to say want i want.😡😡😡😡😡 I won't recommend you or your damn hospital to anyone. Hate to see you as a doctor

The only problem I had was with the token system and the constant barrage of medical reps walking in and out of the doctor's room making the wait time increase by at least 30 minutes. I was there for 1.5 hours and 3 reps walked in and took almost 10 minutes each.

The doctors are highly experienced and provide detailed explanations about the medical conditions. However, the extended waiting time is a significant inconvenience. Despite booking an appointment a day in advance for 10 am, we were unable to consult the doctor until 1 pm. It would be greatly appreciated if the clinic could implement better management strategies for their appointments, as everyone's time is valuable and should be respected.

What do I say about this clinic.? Doctors here are doing the best work. Honestly the services put up by the front office staff is Pathetic. Common mathematical counting is not possible. They keep you wait saying number hasn’t come hasn’t come for what, I seriously don’t understand. When we ask they are rude or don’t respond to question too. Terrible services. I am from Hyderabad and I have often visited eye clinic but no hospital keep you wait so long. If your planning to have a check up here please take a U-Turn or in case of unavoidable circumstances please pack your lunch snacks everything possible because you just patiently gotta wait. Terrible to pathetic experience.

Sasikumar doctor and his treatment is good. The problem is with the staffs especially the staff who handles the token. If you book 2 days before, she will tell a time and token number. When you reach hospital she will have a new timing. Her counting system is totally different from us. She told my token number is 17 and currently token number 13 is inside. After that she called other 6 or 7 people and if we go and ask her mine is 17. She still stays ..sit.. your number didn't came. In genereal mathematics after 4 people 17 should come. But I wonder according to the front officers after which number is 17?

Treatment of Dr. Sasikumar is really Good. But NOT having transparency in booking/token details provided by the receptionist. Even If you book an appointment, you may have to wait for minimum one hour to consult the doctor. (Receptionist will call the name of individual based on their interest) If you asked the token number of the last patient who entered the doctor's room, they will not provide it. But they will give a response that there is 6/7 patients before you. Don't forget to make a call on the day of consultation, and get the updated time of your appointment. (other wise you may have to wait for more than 2 hours, they will test the PATIENCE of PATIENT)

To put it in 2 words.....very bad. The clinic is so crowded and its very difficult to get an appointment. These made me assume that the doctor must be very good one. It was totally opposite. The eye power he derived was completely different than provided by 4 other hospitals. The doctor does not have time for all his CUSTOMERS and hence rushes...yes....literally rushes. Will never go there in my life. Those taking children better be careful. It's a HUGE RISK.

They make you wait for at least 2 hours before even seeing the doctor . They do not even care if you have an emergency or your other health conditions. Very bad front office staffs. But the doctor is very good
