A spacious and well maintained place. But the main draw back is that the waiting time for get the procedures , esp:scanning, is too long that I have to wait almost four hours to to get process complete. After all spending almost five hours for a out patient to get a consultation is rather boring not at all advisable

It is located at Annur 🛣️Rd Payyanur, the main speciality of this hospital is spacious ,less crowded and🏳️ peaceful atmosphere.Majority of all departments specialist available here.good 🅿️ parking facility.more over hospital 🏥 not economically friendly to all.price💴 little bit high.

Today (8 Feb 25) I had my first visit to Dr.Adarsh Panicker ENT at Anaamaya hospital. I am suffering from bussing noise from my left ear and vertigo. The Doctor was courteous, listened patiently. I never felt rushed. He is truly compassionate and caring. I am very happy with his reassuring approach to his patients. He prescribed medicines for 10 days and meet him.

This hospital is a good option for those who prefer a less crowded and more private atmosphere. It has plenty of space, parking availability, and good facilities. Pricing is high, which may not be affordable for everyone.

I was very pleased with my experience at this hospital. My mother was admitted for six days due to a UTI infection. The services provided by the nurses, doctors, and insurance team were highly commendable. Doctors were available 24 hours, and the main doctor visited twice a day. The nurses were kind and attentive; they always listened to our concerns and answered gently. Lastly, regarding the insurance process, the team helped me efficiently claim the insurance (Medicep) amount.

Poor maintenance and housekeeping done on the building.. Strange thing is that there were no hand wash bottles available in the washroom. So all the government agencies and medical professionals are promoting hand wash frequently, Here in a hospital, they even failed to provide a single bottle of hand wash. From this only you can analyze the quality of hospital. Secondly, Main reception doesn't even have a POS Machine, we need to go to pharmacy for using our Cards. Update( 11/09/2022): Now POS machine available. After talking to PRO about the hand wash issue, they provided one hand wash bottle in the washroom. But still cleanliness is very poor in the rooms. Photos attached. Pros: (1)Cashless Insurance facility. None of the other hospital are providing this in Payyanur. (2) Doctors and Nurses are friendly. (3) Parking space is good. (4) Less crowded. Cons: (1) LAB results are taking too much time. Already complained about this to PRO. (2) Cleanliness is very poor. Especially in rooms. I stayed 3 days in their standards room. Poor washrooms. Housekeeping is in poor state. No one is there to inspect the cleanliness after they done their cleaning. (Washroom photo attached) (3) Pharmacy taking too much time to deliver the medicine. (4) They simply increased consultation fee for each doctor, but failed to provide quality service for the amount that we are paying. Especially in cleaning.

Beware of their Lab tests, They will ask you to get all lab test done first and force you for admission. Anything other than fever, better don't goto this hospital,100% they will recommend and push for both tests and admission..waste of time

Pharmacy, Medical Lab, etc.Operation Theatre- 6 nos.ICU 4 Nos. including Neo-Natal ICU.LabourTheatre.Food court.Spacious parking lot.
