The parking entry and exit are the same, with a narrow passage and sharp turns, making it difficult for larger cars to navigate.

Recently visited Gynecologist Dr. Sheena and was disappointed with the interaction. The doctor displayed lack of professionalism and courtesy that we did not expect from a medical professional. Their approach was making difficult to communicate effectively about health concerns. I believe there is significant room for improvement in how patients are treated and communicated with. We dont know the reason whether we were there for a second opinion or on her lunch time, if that was the reason she should have go for her lunch rather than behaving rudely and showing her low class behavior with the patients.

Treating patients is an secondary thing here, more than hospital it should be a barn. In 2025 they don't accept Cards and UPI, Failure management Unethical doctors. Poor parking facility. Municipality should ban these kind of Hospitals.

When I went there at 12 midnight with my 1 week old baby, they did not allow me to see the doctor. They said if I had seen the doctor earlier, I would see him or if not, I would see the duty doctor. It is amazing that these people who take such care of a patient when he goes to see the doctor for an illness are running a hospital.

Worst hospital management I ever met. In this modern era also these people are accepting liquid cash only. Debit card and UPI payment will not accept here. This will make huge treble for us. The parking area is not sufficient to accommodate an SUV. Daily accidents are reported. In hospital rooms the TV is not working. Continuously complaining management is not ready to resolve the issue. Very bad experience with the hospital. Suggesting to improve yourself.

Such a worst experience. The staffs are not at all professionals . They only want the money. The hotel staffs ( who is cooking rice and sambar) has more common sense than this BKM buffalos

The skin receptionist is the worst team in the entire kerala state . They won’t take calls for booking an appointment . Had to cal 13 times yesterday to book an appointment . Have been consulting zameer ahmed ( dermatologist ) for past 1 year for hairloss and no change is visible . Spent around 3 k per month for this 1 year and still no change in the condition . Worst experience

Worst hospital management I ever met. The staffs are also disrespectful to the patients and they only focus on their earnings. Doctors are good but the value of the doctors are thrown through the behaviour of employees and management especially skin department staffs. Shame on you BKM hospital
