It was a very bad experience at the first visit itself in payyannur shoroom, I Visited so many other lenskart showrooms earlier(Kannur,Kochi,Kalpetta etc.) and using their glass. But the 1st time I had this kind of staff behaviour. We went there around 6pm evening, But the staff are not attending us. We looked at the models that displayed for 5 minutes. Then nobody came to attend us, one staff member said from a distance "if we ordered it will take around 1 week to get the item". It's like they are not interested to sell. Or they want to close the shop now.. This was the proper way to handle customers.. So we left the place without telling anything and visited other shop.

I purchased two pairs of glasses in June 2024, and within just seven months, the temple tips on one pair became damaged. I took it to the store, and they agreed to replace it, but the lead time is 7 days. How is someone with vision problems expected to manage daily tasks without their glasses? This situation ultimately forced me to buy a new pair. Why couldn’t they replace or repair the glasses on the spot? another, the nose pads were shaky even when I bought the spec. They said all fine and gave it me! i am living with the shaky one even now!

Visited the store recently and had an amazing experience. Staff were really helpful and we got the product delivered way ahead of the promised date. I highly recommend this store.
