We had a disappointing experience with Dr. Rajeevan (Pediatrician) regarding neonatal care. While he may be skilled in general pediatrics, his approach to subsequent treatment and care after discharge was not up to the mark. For neonatal care, it might be better to consider consulting another doctor.

Had consultation with Dr Rajeevan, paediatrician for my newborn baby. Doctor's attitude and approach was very bad. Will never recommend this doctor to anyone especially first time parents.

Experienced a very bad and harsh behaviour from the receptionist. Being a patient and calling for token and being treated bad especially by a hospital staff is really bad. Management should look at this issue.

Best Paediatrician in the town-Dr. Rajeevan. The only problem is not getting the initial token number and long wait time. You need to go to early morning around 6 am to get the initial token.Need to improve the facilities in the feeding room, can make a nappy changing facility as the waiting time is too long

I had an exceptional experience at this hospital. The nursing staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the housekeeping staff took great care to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. As a bystander when my child was admitted, I was particularly impressed with the pediatrician's level of expertise and compassionate care. Additionally, I must highlight the outstanding professionalism demonstrated by the PRO (Public Relations Officer) who visited us during our stay. She went above and beyond, offering her assistance and assuring us that we could reach out to her at any time. Furthermore, the hospital's facilities and equipment were top-notch and up-to-date. The waiting areas were spacious and comfortable, and the hospital grounds were well-maintained. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and care provided by this hospital and its staff. However, it's worth noting that the hospital has a parking issue that could cause inconvenience to patients and visitors. Because of this, I am unable to give a 5-star rating. Nonetheless, I believe the exceptional medical care and the professionalism displayed by the hospital staff make up for this inconvenience.

Scammers charged me more then it says on website stealing from people

Hospital treatments is good , but they will do some fraud work in the hospital bill, if it's a cashless health insurance treatment they will try to loot from the insurance company like anything. The hospital insurance department team is doing completely a fraud work.

Worst management. They are saying to call at 6pm for token booking but there is no response from the reception. Phone is ringing and no one is there to attend the call...
