Worst experience from the lady doctor there!!! Not at all recommended. First time experience in Ahalia Ponnani and i was totally disappointed with this doctor who seemed to be least interested and reluctant while consulting She was constantly being ridiculous at my concerns; which was kind of a very mean gesture from a doctor. Though some years back i had a very good experience from Thrissur, surely from next time i will have a second thought at choosing /or referring Ahalia. Lastly about the positive side, Front office staffs and other technical staffs seemed to be very supportive and was sincere in their services. What ever infrastructure and facilities an institution is owning, in medical field its important to ensure availability of experts (DOCTORS) who could be trusted and confidently approached by common people like us. Thank you

❌Really bad experience from reception staff 22-09-24 10am. Am already done some tests on 21-09-24 evening and they need to do some more tests in the next day and they told me to come in the next day morning and I come like morning 10am.. and they didn't conduct any kind of test upto 10.45am. and their behaviour not at all good for a reception staff never come again to this hospital and never recommend to anybody.

Very bad and disappointed . I spent a month at this eye hospital, and I can honestly say it was a waste of time. Despite multiple visits and treatments, my condition didn't improve at all.i do not recommend this hospital at all.
