I was having an illusion that there will be a change in their system after they have moved to a new premise. No change! i am 66 year old and i have never seen such a rude, mannerless, rough attitude, unsystematic hospital management and staff in my whole life. Yesterday i went there for eye surgery for my mother who is 84 years old. We reported st 8.45 am after getting an appointment before 2 weeks. They told us to wait.,around 11 am they have advised to change dress bfore the surgery and took her to the room prior to the operation And we waited waited and waited till 3 pm and they told " an apporoval from your insursnce company still pending and we are still waiting. ok, you do the surgery and we will pay the amount if you didnt get approval. NO. There is no way. At 3.15 we begged them my mother is an 84 years old lady and you do it today we will pay full amount in cash. They replied "the doctors duty finished he will not attend anymore.! At last we returned home without surgery or any treatment!! total waste of a full day. it was nightmare for me and my mother yesterday. this is only tip of the iceburg of the misbehaviours and a full report will not be covered by a brief post like this.

One of the worst eye hospital in the Thalassey. There is no hygiene. Staffs have very rude behavior. The administration have no clue on how to run a hospital. There is no pre booking you have to go there around 8 in the morning and you will need stay there till noon to get a doctor visit. There will not be any seats available so will have to stand there till noon.

Very bad experience. Doctors are good but very poor management. Come at 8 in the morning and go back after 3. Whole day gone!!!!

Such a bad experience. Visited hospital for an emergency case ( got a wound inside the eye of my father), the staff were like stay in a queue... When token comes will call you... Is this the bhvr that the mgt are teaching yourr staff... The case was really an emergency situation.... His eyes was bleeding nd none of the staff took care of himm.... The staffs were behaving above doctors... Atleast try to teach your staffs a good behvr... Not a barking behvr....I would seriously never recommend any of my family or friends to visit your hospital😡not a revisit to your hospital....

I recently had an unfortunate experience at comtrust eye hospital thalassery, prompting me to share my thoughts on the overall quality of care and service. While hospitals are inherently challenging environments, the issues I encountered during my visit were particularly disheartening. One major concern was the apparent lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by some members of the hospital staff. I believe that a compassionate and understanding approach is crucial, especially when dealing with individuals in vulnerable and stressful situations. Unfortunately, this aspect seemed to be lacking during my time at comtrust eye hospital thalassery

The Hospital is situated on the top floor of city centre complex. This is opposite to the Co. Operative hospital Thalassery. Bustop is near the complex. There is parking available infront. I visited here for my Uvietis treatment . Already booked a week before to get an appointment with Retina specialist. The receptionist told me arrive at 8 o clock in the morning. I reached on time. There were queue outside the hospital building. The reception team has no idea of managing crowd. Even if you book an appointment prior your visit, you have to wait in long queue to check refraction attleast 2-3 hours. Then again an hour to consult the doctor followed by the dialation which is 2 hours. I was able to returned home after 3. 30pm only. Total 7 hours 🥴 The Pro's are fee is minimum ( 60 rupees) Doctors are good The treatment was good. Easy access Con's One full day is required for appointment. They don't value the patients time. Only cash and Cards accepted. For payment using cards, we have to go to their office on the lower floor everytime. Behavior of some staffs was not professional. Booking system is utter waste. No sufficient toilet available. Only 1 toilets for 300 and more footfalls. Cleanlines is not upto the mark. No sufficient seating arrangement.
