Shankar's Eye Hospital

Extremely disappointed with the service at Shankar's Eye Hospital. The management is disorganized, and the waiting area is chaotic. What really upset me was seeing the doctor enjoying their meal inside while patients were left waiting outside for hours. The lack of respect for patients' time is appalling. Definitely would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Exceptional Service and Smooth Experience. Today, I visited Shankar's Eye Hospital for my father's cataract surgery, and the entire experience was exceptional. Everything went smoothly, from the moment we arrived until the completion of the procedure. The hospital team was incredibly supportive and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Sundaresan from the admin department, who went above and beyond to assist us. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and service we received.

Today i had a bitter experience with this institution. My father came to the hospital for a specific test which was prescribed for him by another doctor. The test was done but the report of the test was incomplete and was not certified by an ophthalmologist. Due to this silly mistake, he had to modify his other medications for one more week such that the pain he had to suffer will be intolerable.kindly mobilize your staffs in such a way that they are accessible to all people especially oldage people so that none had to face this dilemma like mine.. Thank you.

17.10.24..the day I went thru my cataract procedure at Shankars. Most satisfied and 'and wout.any injections painless. .we r associated with Shankar's since 1998 . Mu husband had husband glaucoma and cataract here. Great service. Care and hospitality. .

Excellent service. The hospital and staff were very great while we were in the hospital even before and after surgery. Cleared all doubts with patience. After surgery care was explained clearly.. Overall experience at the hospital has been excellent.

Went to Shankar's Eye Hospital with my grandma for cataract surgery, On April 2024 and after the surgery now its been just 2 and half months and the Vision is blur and she can't even see anything clearly now, tried to contact on the number and nobody is picking up the call! This is really bad. Spended like around 25K* for the surgery and theres no use of it!
