I just want to share my genuine experience, these people blindly wants to do business, they somehow wants to sell glasses and make money . I recently bought glasses for my mother and she started experiencing eye pain and irritation. They just tend to sell or mostly like convince people to buy costly glasses/frames and make profit and not really help patients, this can be understood from the staffs behaviour itself.

Worst experience ever! I took my specs to the showroom because the frame was broken. Without asking for my consent, they replaced the frame with a cheap local copy of a branded one. They then claimed it was a branded frame and said they were giving it to me for free. To make things worse, they cut my lenses to fit the new frame. Completely unprofessional and disappointing service
