I was impressed with the services provided here for the driving test eye examination. Unlike some places in Thalassery where such tests are merely a formality, this hospital conducted the test with a professional touch. I highly recommend using this facility for thorough eye examinations and obtaining a complete health report, rather than just getting a signature on the application form in an unprofessional and potentially misleading manner. The facilities are of a high standard, and the waiting time is minimal.

I came with my wife to consult her to dr Adlin. They said consultation will start at 10.30. We reached there on time by 10.45, but doctor came late at 12.00. Too much waiting time. Also poor communication with staff and patients.

In Aug 2023 I used their services for getting my eye tested. Staff quality and service seemed reasonably good. I haven't used their services enough to comment on the quality of their doctors. However, their policy of insisting that the spectacles should be bought from their own shop seemed unacceptable and against consumer interest. And the spectacle frame that i bought was over-priced and seemed to be of "seconds" quality. The nose support on one side of my specs came off within a month and i had to get both replaced in Bangalore since i was travelling. They have promised free service any time for the specs.So, today I visited PeeKay to get my specs serviced sine the legs got bent as i sat on it by mistake. The lady at the counter was not cordial and just told that it will take time to fix it. I got it done in two minutes in another shop outside. Good service should be genuine and not superficial.

On the recommendation of my sister I went to PK eye care for vision check to change my glasses. Right from the reception to Nursing staff till the Specialist Doctor Sajini, each one of them are so professional & friendly. They devoted time to examine my eyes thoroughly, cleared all my queries & gave the best advice. The glass prescription was perfect to suit my eyes. Apart from this the general hygiene & waiting area facilities are absolutely of high standards. Their charges are also reasonable & not too expensive. I am really touched & impressed. Thanks to them.
