"Horrible Service at Lenskart – I am a 40-year-old dealing with presbyopia, expecting professional help, but it was an absolute disaster. The staff treated my simple age-related vision issue like some major medical condition, creating unnecessary panic. Instead of explaining my problem calmly, they bombarded me with stupid sales talk, without caring about my actual needs. To make matters worse, the lady staff is single-handedly destroying the business with her rude attitude, lack of knowledge, and complete disregard for customer care. It was clear they were only interested in making a quick sale rather than providing proper solutions. The eye test felt rushed, incomplete, and unprofessional. I walked out feeling more frustrated . Thankfully, I then visited near store Edimannikal Opticals, where I got the care and respect I deserved. They handled my issue properly, explained presbyopia clearly, and provided the right correction without any sales pressure. Their staff were professional, patient, and understanding—everything Lenskart was not. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Lenskart at all costs. Their careless attitude and sales-driven nonsense make them the last place you should trust for vision care. Visit a proper optical store or hospital instead!

Must have bought over 5 specs from here. Exceptional collection of frames for one to choose from. Staff were helpful, polite and professional Hazzle free eye checkup. Orders arrive on time as well. Parking might be a issue sometimes.

Went to this store to find a replacement frame for my broken ray ban frame. The staff told me the frames on display in the store are not for sale and the customer will have to wait 7 days to get a replacement. The staff didn't offer to check the lens to find a frame. The staff then said they don't offer such service to customer of offering frames for lenses. They also said that they don't have anyone to fit the frame. Had a similar experience with the other lenskart branch in Thiruvalla. I have visited many optical shops but definitely lenskart is the worst in customer service. Wont recommend to anyone.
