Great collection sadly their service is very slow. If you are an international customer do not shop here coz they will take 7 days to deliver lens. And if you are buying just frames they take 7 days too! Would have been very helpful if there was a sign outside their store saying the same. Would have saved us time and energy. However the lenskart in Mumbai delivered our frames in 48hrs. Please update your staff in Thiruvalla!!

They have detailed eye testing and variety of frames and lenses under affordable prices. I am a Vincent chase brand user since many years and haven't found any fault and still using it. Highly recommend. Their Gold membership is very good deal on purchases.

- Very well maintained showroom. - Staffs were very friendly and helpful - Did my free eyetest and the process was very nice and carefull - You can get good deals if you have gold lenskart membership . They will help you with that. - Would recommend if you are looking for a pair of good glasses :)

I visited the Lenskart store in Thiruvalla today,regarding some scratches on the lenses of spectacles I had purchased earlier. I’m really impressed with the service I received! The staff was more than happy to assist me, quickly checked the issue, and offered to replace the lenses without any hassle. Their professionalism and customer care were exceptional.
