Very bad service. I consulted the shop for a glass purchase . I didn’t consulted an eye doctor for the time being and was in search of a computer glass. I wasn’t sure of my power so I undergone a test rapidly. I thought the reading would be correct and decided to purchase the glass. But they asked frequent questions regarding the blue lens for screen usage I doubted regarding the type of glass I should purchase and I told them I need one more day to finalise. They asked me to pay 200 rupees as eye test fees. I don’t know is it fair to charge unwantedly for a normal service an optical shop offers. It’s not about the charge but the reading itself was incorrect. I found it later from another eye specialist. They have wrongly said the power and charged unwantedly for nothing.

Recently visited your Ramanchira shop to purchase a new frame and glass. Whilst there are reasonable stock of items, the attitude of the reception staff is not comfortable. She lacks the basic customer service skills and experience to deal with queries. However, the optometrist is pleasing and professional in the job.

Great experience as a first time, made a same day appointment. We barely waited when we checked in. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Tintu really thorough , detailed cares about her patient. completely satisfied. We highly recommend this clinic.

Very good experience of shopping here. They have good variety of products for suiting the customer's taste and they did exhibit lot of patience in helping the customer to choose to his/ her liking. Their guidance and knowledge was also very helpful. Cost looked very reasonable and affordable. I liked the place very much and would recommend this place very much for others.

Excellent service and excellent prices! Mr. Roy was absolutely fantastic at working with me to find the right lenses for my requirements and even managed to source a set of frames that I really liked but didn't normally stock. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Parking available, or accommodated by the security. They also offer delivery services on request. I have been a customer since my childhood and am absolutely satisfied with my experience till today. The original store is an iconic one right in the heart of the town, since many years. you can't miss it.
