Worst experience from nursing staff. One of the female staff kept cannula on my hand on feb 12 th in casuality at 4 pm. Totally they pricked me 4 times without any human consideration she is pricking very fastly and she adjusting with needle inserted fully inside after that she keeping cannula outside and with that same cannula she pricked me again and again. After that i got swelling in that area it become greenish now I can't move my right hand that much pain I'm having. If staff is not trained well at least they can ask who is expert. Pricking 2 times is ok she pricked me 3 times and after that other male staff kept the cannula in 4 th time.

I would rather give 2.5 rating for this hospital. Bike parking, car parking is available. Max 30 bikes and 10 cars can be parked inside. For parking, Rs.5(token issued) is charged by the security at the entrance of the hospital. Once you enter to the left you can see Covid test building. Doctors and nurses are good in providing transparent solutions or suggestions. Renovation is going on now. I would request all to be safe. Wheelchair accessible entrance at the gate and buliding. For xray, separate building. Bold test, ECG is done in main building ground floor. Staffs at the entrance of main building are there for good guidance. They are polite and good and less knowledgeable on contact perspective. I noticed 6 ambulance. Not sure if more are available. Hospital pics are already posted in other reviews. So posting only internal pics where renovation is going on. For OP, take token near the entrance and show th token in the counter and consulting doc name and again doctor will be aligned and one more token will be given. If you take the token at 8:30am, you need to wait till the doctor to come at 12noon after their home clinic work. This is pathetic. One need to wait for 3hrs to consult doctor. Doctors will give two options. Stand in OP line a d take token(free in hospital) or call doctor mobile number to get treated in thier home clinic which is paid.

I had cessariane section on March 2k24.It was wonderful experience .Actually I stepped into the facility with bit nervousness as it was my first time experience in government hospital.My sincere gratitude to Dr.Latha C.R and her team.They are such a dedicated team.Operation theater was very clean and standardazied .I had never experienced delay in my treatment during my pregnancy as well as after surgery.The behaviour of anaesthesia team , ot nursing staffs were good to me.

Behaviour of nursing staffs to patients and bystanders is not good at all..they should give minimum respect to the patients its their duty. But their behaviour is very rude.

It's a government hospital and we don't expect more.Its Interiors and certain infrastructure has improved recently. But the diagnosis varies and quality is really pathetic. Doctors at late night duty are in a hurry and don't care about providing proper check up. They just want to make that check up is done . But luckily for emergency cases they don't do it . Three star for good service received from some facilities.

Such a horibble experience from the front desk lady at the causality during night time. She was so arrogant and literally shouting at us. She was not even ready to hear us. And on our back was discussing loudly and making fun of us to the people over their. I hope she was kept their for helping people. She is a black make in the extra ordinary and excellent services provided by goverment hospitals.

Worst haspital staff are soooooo rude they were shouting at us there some wheel chairs dont even have wheel one casualty dressing staff behaved soo bad doctors are soo good and the guys taking the parking ticket als good my granfaters one finger was hurt in leg and he dreesed soo neatly that he could not move his any finger the worst government hospital and i am living in thrivalla🤬🤬🤬🤬

Dr Sebastian (Orthopaedic) is very bad, he will not explain about the condition and his behaviour also is very bad.
