Nayana Eye Care Center is the best eye treatment center in Attingal. They provide high quality treatment and products. The staff including the doctor are very friendly. I am getting perfect and accurate treatment from there for last 15 years

The worst experience I had ever in life... Mainly from the op tickt staff over there don't know how to behave, Underestimating dress code of patients behaving badly, today made me sit two hours when asked about time she started shouting defaming in front of others.u can go to other hospital rather than this. My experience was worst from here she took my card and insulted me. Pls b careful.

Dear doctor.. I have been come into the 3 years the disadvantage l feel the waiting... And their is no unity their the staff must have uniform and wheel chair but I am happy for your service...plz this should be seen as my suggestion nice friendly doctor and staff their so I happy

Very poor service. No proper system to serve customers. I waited more than 2 hours to get an eye test for license. But I was forced to quit as there were no response from the staff. I withdraw my application form without a refund. Shame on you guys as I get it done in a nearby(100m) clinic in 20 mins. 10th December 2022..... It was fantastic to recieve a reply from the owner very very quickly 😀 (after 20 months). And happy to know that they are ready to investigate the issue after such a long period and MAY BE refunding my money.🤣🤣🤣

[UPDATED] 23/06/23 Please let me know the reason why you are not providing Bill?? 20/06 Poor Service No Bill/ cash receipt for payment. No Card Payment / UPI GPAY. Reason from front Reception: sir is working in Bank. So he said not to so Bank transaction or UPI and Receipt.

Worst customer care. I purchased a specs from here and it has poor quality and faulty power. I returned it for correcting the power and they took more than 10days to provide me new specs. Also they talk rudely when I called to enquire about when I'll be getting back my specs.
