I recently visited AL Hiba Eye Hospital in Kazhakoottam and had a very positive experience. The hospital is well-maintained, with clean facilities and a professional atmosphere. The doctors are highly skilled and take the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. The support staff, including the nurses and receptionists, were courteous and helpful.

Very worst experience from the lady doctor. Went to the clinic on April 4th due to an eye infection and the lady was very rude and literally shouting at me for moving the eye while diagnosis. I was not able to keep it steady due to the infection and I had continuous secretion from the eye while having diagnosis. She was literally scaring me with live updates during diagnosis. Really felt like I went for some free consultation while I paid 300 for this rude behaviour.

Today i went at al hiba to repair my kids spec. They done it for free. That nice cool feeling.. Thank you for your good service

I'm disappointed with my experience at Al-Hiba Optical. The specs I bought in early 2024 were not of good quality, despite their guarantee. The lens was substandard and the product damaged within 1-2 weeks. The customer service was also slow to respond. My regular trusted optician, at my native place, rated the specs as local quality, which was not worth the price. This experience has eroded my trust in Al-Hiba Optical.

Update: I had a concern with the glass provided. When I raised the concern with the clinic, they rectified it, and the money I spent was refunded. Thanks to the MD and friendly staffs.

The customer service was awesome and the staffs were really good towards us . They delivered the product within a short Span of time.
