I recently visited city optic shop in Trivandrum and had a fantastic experience! The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, assisting me in finding the perfect frames. The collection was diverse, with stylish and trendy options. The prices were reasonable, and the service was prompt. Highly recommend❤️

The lady is friendly and explains everything pretty decent. But the other guy is rude and annoying, doesn't respect the customer's financial situation, he was reluctant initially to change lenses for my low quality frame . Also "the head office" have asked them not to give power prescription if you are not buying any product from them , so if you can't find any suitable pair of glasses for you after eye testing they won't give you the prescription ( weird) . Will not go there again.

Option are less in buget frames...eye test was good..neat and clean...sales man always prefer branded frames... service was good....asked about contact lenses but options are less...not much rush.. staffs all are good behavior..all other things are good

Best in service. They serve you even after closing time . I had an emergency and this was the only shop that helped me get a new specs within 30 mins. And special thanks to Mr. Shafik who helped me while I was in dire need
