The staff in the store is not professional! On Vishu day, I asked a short seller how much one frame costs, he told me 4000 rupees. At home, I looked at the store's website, they cost 2000 rupees. I came back to the store and asked the price, there were other sellers. They said 2000. I asked if there was a discount for the customer? They told me 1500 rupees. I wanted to buy. They told me I had to order ... I was not happy with this. But then I came back and wanted to order and the price was 2000 rupees. A bad impression remained. In October 2023, I ordered progressive lenses for 23,400 rupees. The quality turned out to be very bad. The brand is not indicated on the lenses and they were badly scratched. I also noticed in Linzcard a lot of glasses from Ali Express that cost 200-300 rupees on Ali Express! I do not recommend this store!

While the customer service at Lenskart was commendable and the staff were polite and helpful, I was disappointed with the limited selection available. The shop insisted scanning a QR and to provide a rating, which I found off-putting as it didn't accurately reflect my experience. It would be beneficial if they allowed customers to rate based on their genuine experience rather than pressuring for higher ratings.

I visited your showroom today to purchase blue block glasses and an eye drop, with the total coming to around ₹700. Since we only had cash, we were informed there was no change available. We then offered to pay partially via GPay and partially in cash, but this was also refused, as your system apparently doesn't support such payments. This is highly inconvenient, as most shops readily accept split payments. I urge you to update your company policy to accommodate such transactions or ensure adequate cash change is available. What would a common man without a card or GPay do in this situation? Will you give up on such a customer just like that? Please be more sensitive to customer needs and prioritize basic payment conveniences. My first experience itself was not as expected. Even if the product quality is exceptional, this is the least and basic effort you could put in to satisfy your customers. Also due to this reason, I didn't make any purchase for the same

This has become our family's go-to spot for our annual eye exams and glasses replacements. They offer a wide range of frames and lenses that cater to all budgets and age groups, from trendy to traditional styles. I especially want to commend the staff who assisted us during our last visit. The two young women were exceptionally polite and welcoming, always greeting customers with a smile. They were patient and took the time to explain every option, ongoing offers, and the best choices for our daily needs, including driving and reading, helping us make an informed and budget-friendly decision. I highly recommend this place.

Provided all detailed explanation and given assistance through out the selection, by suggesting face comfort frames. Detailing of offers was clear and the billing process as well.
