I recently visited Lenskart at MOT and had a mixed experience. When we arrived, the sales staff did not immediately approach us, which I believe was due to there being only two staff members present. It's understandable, but a more proactive approach would improve customer service. We bought spectacles for my son on June 17, 2024. While the product quality was good, I was disappointed to find that the gold membership, which costs ₹500, did not offer any immediate discounts for our purchase. The only benefit seemed to be a buy-one-get-one offer, which didn’t apply to our needs. The staff, though limited in number, were polite and helpful once engaged. Overall, Lenskart at MOT offers quality products but could improve customer service and membership value.

Date of visit - 6 Dec 2024 Nice staff, good service. I went with my friend who wanted to do an eye test. There was a girl at the show room and she called a guy from inside the lab. Both of them helped us and did the test. We couldn't buy the specs as my friend was travelling in 2 days and they couldn't guarantee delivery before that. Even though we didn't buy anything, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared the test results to my phone and smiled and sent us away. And they didn't charge for the test also. We were ready and offered to pay. Will I visit them again? Definitely, when I need to change my specs. Will I recommend them to my friends? Definitely.

I had a really great experience at Lenskart. The service was really good. If I remember the name correctly, Minsi was the person who was accompanying me and my family in getting the specs. It's rare to find a person who explains what a customer is getting on to. She was explaining in detail about the specs, power and the importance of getting the right frame. 5/5 for the service! Much appreciate it!
