I recently visited this outlet and had a great experience. This outlet has plenty of offers and varieties of spectacle collection. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The optometrists provide personalized service and help customers in selecting frames that best suit our face shape and style preferences. The experience is complemented by the option of in-store eye tests, which are conducted with professional attention.

Just visited this outlet. Horrible! Extremely disappointing customer care. We, my husband and I, went to the showroom and were not even acknowledged. Two staff members, one customer and us. We waited politely but a young person walked in and just went up to the other staff and got service while we were left standing there..both of us are above 60....is this ageism or is this just poor customer care? We left for Rose Opticals and were acknowledged immediately and politely!! Such a welcome difference!!!

Customer service has to improve. Sales ppl were not approaching customer who was waiting for their assistance for almost 20 minutes. Finally i had to ask a sales guy to assist me. The eye testing part went on fine. But credibility of info given regarding lenses is questionable.

The product was good. But the service was poor. I have ordered 2 glasses from store and one of the store team assured that I will get my products within 3 days..And after 3 days i called them and they said that it will arrive next day... Next day also i didn't got the product... I went to store a couple of time also... They are saying nothing much other than "it is on the way"....Totally i waited for my product for 1 week...At If they say that it will take around 1 week then it would be okey.. Please don't mislead customers by giving them wrong information. First time i am having this kind of experience with lenskart...
