Very Good collections of frames and i felt much comfortable with the customer support by the staffs, especially Sabeena the Optom, She helped a lot for the selection so here I'm giving ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
This lenskart outlet only had a limited collection of the patriot series. Compared to the staff at the outlet near GH palayam, the ones over here were a bit hostile. This led us to take a decision of not coming here again.
I first visited bangalore, yeshwanthpur, Bombay dyeing road showroom for the lens replacement. But the staff behavior was little disappointing, later I went to trivandrum, Edapazhanji showroom and it was a great experience.
Second visit was extremely nice... Got the specs to my specification... The delivery process was also smooth and nice... Good experience
Having visited various optical showrooms in trivandrum, lenskart was totally a different experience. Huge collections of frames at affordable cost. We got buy one get one offer as well. Very friendly and supportive staffs. And unlike other opticals, all the models are on display and you get to try them out by yourself rather than the salesperson providing you with suggestions. Delivery was assured in 7 days. Overall worth the money.
Had a great experience and customer service was excellent. I would recommend without any hesitation.
