New building of regional eye hospital, tvml

I feel very bad because there's rejected deaf people who need to take licence and their dreams, so requirements of signature the eye testing by doctor, when deaf attended this and refused to signture, but it's about only eyes and not ears. Actually they had already signed by other doctor who checked ear with using hearing aid. TBH, i have came there four times but still refused and even select unfit instead of fit for License driving. So i leave this I got signed up the eyes certificate other hospitals by a nice doctor and there's really a good human
