Not only did they help me choose a great frame, but they also seamlessly transferred my old lenses to the new frame. The entire process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. I visited on 04 Jan 2023 for me and my spouse. Fantastic customer service... Explained in depth details of wide variety lens and it's uses... They didn't show any hesitation to display the large number of frames suitable for our use and price range. Their professionalism also is another key point.

I went to buy spectacles for myself in vellayamballam rose opticals ...the frame was for 3100 and lens which they told initially was 2500 and then they were saying that their is another high quality lens which cost 5000 but which is thinner than the one I was about to buy and convinced me that its thinner then I ordered and made the payment for the 5000 lens but when the product came it was not the one which I ordered and was thick and when I went there to complain there was a staff old man who wears white dothi and white shirt argued and thrown my spectacles on the table saying that he cannot solve the issue or give me the particular item which he convinced me to buy for more money.Actually they convinced about the product size,as customer we don't know about these items .we are not experts who study in these in detail and take PHD on this subject.we are common man who believe these people .Its just we blindly trust these people and believe that we get the product which they promised but once the payment is done then your money is gone. The behaviour is also very rude.Please don't go to Rose opticals ....better to go to any small shops .....These high brands are actually fake and they charge more. Very rude behaviour from staff.

Went there for an eye test. The service was friendly and satisfactory.

Very nice experience. Talking to the customers as their own family members. Explain the customers about the lenses very well to select the perfect lense. Strongly recommending
