Titan Eye+ at Pattom, Trivandrum

Extremely Disappointed with Titan's Service. I had a terrible experience with Titan when purchasing my glasses. Despite already using prescription glasses, they failed to conduct a proper eye test and provided me with an incorrect lens power (+0.25 extra on one lens). This mistake has caused significant discomfort. To make matters worse, I am currently in the UAE and cannot visit the store to resolve this issue. However, Titan has not offered any proper solution for their mistake. I spent around ₹13,500 on my glasses and lenses, only to receive poor service and an incorrect prescription. The wait time was unnecessarily long, and their customer support was unhelpful in addressing my concerns. I strongly recommend avoiding this store—don’t waste your money on their services. They are not reliable when it comes to accuracy or customer satisfaction.

Titan eye+ has a grade of its own whether you like the stuff or not. The staff are smart and good at explaining the details of the eyes, much to your relief. The options are too many even if the eyes are yours. They make the complex world of lenses, frames, progressives and others sound simple, until you try it on after the delivery. Mrs. Pushpa, Miss Lakshmi and Miss Jintu form a very helpful Triad.

Went there to fix the leg of my specs to the frame..eventhough simple work they did it with a warm feel and was welcoming..repairs are were you feel the real cus service and it was excellent

Worst service. They said it will take 5 days to replace a lens and 7 days later says it will take 2 more days. New Frame delivered was with paint removed. Frame quality is substandard.
