My mother wanted to get an opinion for her cataract, so we visited Rani Menon's Eye Clinic, and it was a fabulous experience. The appointment was right on time, and they took excellent care of the patients. There was no chaos, nothing. The doctor was also very good, greeting my mother warmly, which made her so happy. She mentioned that more doctors should be like that—present and attentive. She also liked ambience very much. Kudos to the entire team👏🏻👍🏻

Though it is a good private hospital, it looks like a government hospital, when you see the amount of patients arriving there. The waiting time is too long, and there is no token system. So, you keep waiting without any clue. The second floor waiting area, looks like a general compartment of a train. For a normal retina checkup, it took 3 hours. One of the best eye hospitals in thrissur. Very neatly maintained hospital. Staffs were very friendly. Consultation charges is rs 200. Even though the hospital was crowded when we reached, our eye testing and doctor consultation was completed within half an hour. All the tests and procedures were super fast. Pharmacy is available on the ground floor.

The waiting time at the hospital is extremely long, particularly for elderly diabetic patients who can't wait for hours without meals. Arriving early or on time doesn't help, as the consultation times on the appointment sheet are not accurate. Patients end up spending most of their day waiting. very disheartening experience would not recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to stick to their timings.
