Came with my mother to check her vision after she complained of blurriness. Hospital had great accessiblilty with lifts from the basement parking. Mother and I was very happy with the whole service, which was well coordinated/ organised and appeared almost seamless. The staff were very professional and were very pleasant - mother particularly happy with the smiling faces. The service was great, saw the doctor and the technicians/ optometrists and was very satisfied with the whole consultation.
