Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Poothole, Thrissur

Great collection of eye glasses and a perfect place to buy one . The store is easily accessible and provides enough parking space . Moreover the behaviour of the staff is polite and friendly.

I'm totally impressed with Lenskart! The salesman who helped me (the extremely handsome specs-wearing gent) was a total charmer! Those piercing eyes, chiseled features, and that bright smile made my shopping experience a delight! And to top it off, he's got great taste in frames too! Great job, Lenskart, and a big thumbs up to your stylish and gorgeous salesman! His excellent customer service skills made the entire experience seamless. I visited the Lenskart store at Poothole and was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in attending to customers or offering any assistance. It felt like they were not willing to engage or help, which made the experience quite frustrating. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff on basic customer service and professional behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and attention !!!

I took two pair of glasses and I had some amendments after i reached home. This store never picked my call. I called continuously for two days and I went there personally to check as they weren’t picking my call. I asked what’s wrong with the phone and they said they were busy. After that i came home and called again still not picking. The other branch in Thrissur (St. Mary’s) had picked up the call but said they couldn’t connect to this branch. How can i make amends or raise concerns if they attend like this? Please be responsible.

Great service in store. My sunglasses were not aligned properly when received. Mr. Aneesh fixed it in no time. Totally recommendable

I have been a regular customer of this store but this visit gave a bad experience. The people here are not at all interested in helping people even though they are free. Even when told about leaving no one was even interested in asking about the issue or interested in helping us. I could count 4 employees in store staying idle by the time i left the store and all of them heard when i told I was leaving as no one wants to help.

I had a great experience at this eyewear store. The collection is impressive, featuring trendy glasses. The staff is well-trained and courteous. I highly recommend this place for those looking for stylish eyewear.
