I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Moyalan Optical Shop. Despite visiting them twice, I had a terrible time. They insisted on rechecking my vision, but the results were vastly different from my previous prescription, leaving me confused. To make matters worse, the glasses they showed me were exorbitantly priced, making them unaffordable for the average middle-class person. Luckily, I found a better option at a nearby shop, which exceeded my expectations with their excellent service. I would advise others in the area to explore alternative options for their eyewear needs. Avoid Moyalan Optical Shop and consider any other nearby shop with your convey instead for a more satisfactory experience. Dear Moyalan Opticals, I appreciate your time in responding to my concerns. I mean no disrespect, and I value the expertise of your doctors. However, I must reiterate that the prescription provided was inaccurate, showing drastic changes. As a medical professional myself, I understand the importance of accurate prescriptions. I rechecked my power multiple times, and the results confirmed the discrepancy. I am not a first-time customer at your shop. Previously, I purchased a pair of spectacles from you, which were claimed to be of high quality and durability. However, despite the significant expense, the product did not meet my expectations, which was disappointing. Although this may have been an isolated incident, correcting these issues would demonstrate your commitment to quality. I share my personal experience on this platform, not to engage in arguments. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably. If not, I will be forced to seek legal advice to protect my rights as a consumer.

I have been a regular customer of Moyalan Opticals.They have a wide array of trendy frames for the youth which was at first attracted me. Their sunglass collections are also unparalleled. Rather than other shops in Thrissur having just the optometrists, they have doctors in rotation, which was helpful for me in doing my bimonthly checkups and diagnosis related to my eye health.It was such joy to have visited the renovated Opticals.
