Very Good Experience My sister had a surgery at Saroja Hospital and had a very good experience. Very competent surgeon, Dr Sreekumar Pillai and team. The nursing staff were very experienced and efficient. Friendly too. Rooms were clean. Relatively small hospital and hence everything was easily accessible. Located in a prime area in the city.

Best doctors in the worst hospital. Staff don't know how to behave with patients.I want to return the medicine first time I went on Sunday and they said there is no money in their pharmacy we need to come on op days then, I again reached there on Wednesday at 8.00AM then they say that we need to come after 11.00AM . Never seen a hospital like this before. There is only 15days for returning the medicine. Include these kind of days and timings in the bill. In every hospital we can return medicine whenever we have time in the alloted days
I wont suggest you to visit this hospital if you wanna leave on time .i took an appointment and they gave me token 54 and asked me to come by 1.30 pm i reached there by 1.15 and they gave me the ticket.when i reached there the token going was 12 .hatsoff to management and admin dep the girl who came by 2 pm got token no 20. They shld understand simple logic ,people book bcz they wanna save time. After 2.30 i asked their permission and went to have lunch ,as i stay nearby i went and came back after having lunch by 3.20 still token no going was 22 .as i have to catch train by 6 i requested the nurse and she tried to help me but again other patients got upset.i cant blame them they are waiting from 11.30 it seems . Simple advise to management kindly provide less tokens if you cant manage the crowd . I am not blaming doctor here she was extremely friendly but thats pointless if your admin dep sucks . Pls try to change your so called token system . I just lost my 4 to 5 hours and my time to spend with my family . I asked for refund which they provided me deducting the registration charges .350-50 =300 But the time loss and travelling cost gone in air
Extremely Disappointed – Conflicting Medical Advice & Poor Management ***** I have been a long-time patient at Saroja Super Speciality Hospital, Thrissur, and always trusted their services. However, my recent experience with my father’s treatment has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. My father had a deep wound with protrusion and consulted Dr. Kesavan Namboothiri, a general surgeon. He surgically corrected the issue, performed a biopsy, and we followed up regularly for wound cleaning. However, the cleaning process involved continuous rubbing, which caused my father severe pain. Despite this, Dr. Namboothiri continued to recommend the same method. My mother followed his instructions daily—using water and cloth to clean and rub the wound—but for over four months, there was no improvement. Worried about the lack of healing, we consulted a skin specialist in the same hospital. To my shock, that doctor completely disagreed with the cleaning method. Skin specialist strictly advised us to stop rubbing the wound, stating that it was making the condition worse. Instead, she recommended washing with soap and applying ointment gently. This left me confused and deeply upset. How can two doctors from the same hospital give such opposite medical advice? Because of this mismanagement, my father endured unnecessary pain for four months. Shouldn’t there be proper coordination among specialists? To seek clarification, I contacted Mr. Jayadevan, the assistant manager of the hospital. However, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, he responded with an arrogant attitude and told me to "do whatever I wanted." He also refused to provide any contact information for the hospital’s higher management, citing “non-disclosure” reasons. This level of irresponsibility and lack of compassion from a hospital administrator is shocking. Hospitals are meant to prioritize patient care and value feedback, but Saroja Super Speciality Hospital is failing in both aspects. If doctors like Dr. Arun Kumar (ENT specialist) leave, this hospital’s reputation will fall drastically. I regret trusting this hospital with my father’s care and referring my parents here. If you are considering Saroja Super Speciality Hospital, Thrissur, think twice before making that decision. Medical mismanagement and poor administration can have serious consequences.
On 19 and 21 st visited the hospital to consult with surgeon for the prolonged wound in the Left thumbnail due to coronary and diabetic ailment. The GM of the hospital Sri. Balahandran done all the fecility to consult with the surgeon Mr. Kesavan Namboodiri. He attended and examines the history of lab reports and diagnosis of previous Doctor. He himself opened the wound taken all the puzz and dressed. The staff members also very patients friendly. I am also a hospital privilage card owner and got 15% discount.
I underwent sinus surgery on 19/12/24 at Saroja hospital under Dr. Arunkumar ENT. The whole procedure was smooth, organised and hassle free starting from admission, insurance and discharge. I underwent surgery peacefully and the care is exceptional. Dr Arunkumar ENT is an exceptional doctor. From accurate diagnoses (in not just in my case but other family members too) to surgery there is proper treatment and care given. I really reccommend Dr Arunkumar for any ENT related issues. The lady at the insurance section Ms Remya is extremely helpful, efficient and smart. She clearly explains matters to you and gets things done in no time. Thank you!

In renovation making more facilities here. Good services for the hospitalalities.
