A million thanks to Sitaram ayurveda Hospital. I came here as I was struggling with neck pain due to cervical spondylosis and back ache also. I had some stress issues also but I didnt mention here. But to my wonder, the magical Dr.Ramnathan sir from the very first look at my reports, told my immunity system started a down turn due to stress and he suggested a holistic approach to returm health with the support of meditation and breathing techniques. He assured me that if I follow these instructions in particular I will be perfectly well and good in 10 days. I would say Sitaram Hospital is the best ayurvedic hospital I have ever visited. The whole crew here are not only professional but expertise also. I consulted Dr. meera for stress relief and counselling sessions and I would say she is a gem of a person. Even after two sessions with her I became so confident in my life. She has somewhat filtered out my stress and depressive moods. I have no words to say. The RMOs and Physiotherapists here are very caring, listening to and addressing even our minute concerns very patiently and get us immediate remedial. The therapist chechis are super specialised in their jobs. They were doing, nasyam Kizhis and dharas very traditionally as per the instructions of Ramnathan sir. Hope and trust bud in me within two days. The food served here are very healthy and tasty. They always come to us with a smile. Everyone here has the same positive vibe. And the cleanliness of rooms and hospital premises have to be specially mentioned. The reception staffs, Duty Head in charge are very pleasant and welcoming. The duty nurses and pharmacy staff are very punctual and responsible. As I had no bystander here it was duty nurses who helped me in removing upanaham and all. The yoga master has given me very good meditation sessions. The whole crew here are polite, supportive &well mannered. We wont feel like in a disgusting hospital atmosphere here. This place is like an Energy boosting Centre. Supportive hands and comforting smiles everywhere. To the people who search for the traditional scientific and topnotch ayurvedic treatments this is the right place.

I visited this placed and stayed for more than a month. When I tell you, every staff ( be it doctors, therapists, manager or receptionists), they are eager to help you. Went for 1 day massage treatment. The staff and doctors were very friendly and professional. Treatment included body massage, head massage and face massage along with steam treatment. Felt very well relaxed afterwards. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My mother Sindhu Pavithran took the Ayurveda treatment for her knee pain joint pains as advised by Dr. Ramanathan. Her nurses prameela sookshma did a great job with the Ayurveda massage sessions very effectively. All the staffs were efficient and disciplined to keep the hospital premises hygienic and healthy for the patients. The food was freshly cooked and served hot and healthy. Office administration and staffs were really helpful and attentive. She felt relaxed after every physiotherapy sessions and yoga sessions. Over all the hospital facilities were very good and she had a very comfortable stay for her 10 days treatment. I and my mother will definitely recommend Sitaram to all our friends and family.
