I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Specter, and I couldn't be happier! The customer service was exceptional. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and patiently explained the different options available, helping me choose the perfect pair that suited me best. I previously visited Lenskart, but unfortunately, I didn't feel like they cared about my needs. Specter, on the other hand, provided a much better experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality sunglasses and excellent customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at Specster. I visited the shop to get my spectacles tightened, a simple 5-minute job. Despite purchasing my lenses from this shop, they charged ₹200 for the adjustment. I only had ₹40 with me and gave them that, and later I paid the remaining ₹160. Every other optical shop I’ve visited has done this for free or for a nominal fee. While businesses can set their own prices, ₹200 for a basic tightening feels excessive. Good service and customer care should come first, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had a gentle experience shopping powered glasses as well as sunglasses from this store. The quality of the products, and the humble, well-informed, and helping staff make this place one of the most cool places to go shopping eye-wears. The pricing is reasonable, and there is adequate range of products. Overall, the place is great.

Very nice ambience and lot of variety collections of frames. Price of frame will be low and high branded companies were also available. The staffs are very smart and supportive Better than lenskart.
