Titan Eye+ at Punkunnam, Thrissur

I first went to Lenskart to check my eye power, but they said they couldn’t be sure of the exact values. They mentioned that my left eye seemed fine, while my right eye had a minor issue, but they weren’t certain about the exact power. They advised me to visit a hospital for a more accurate check-up. Then, I went to Titan, where an experienced optometrist (I believe her name was Angel) conducted a thorough eye test. It turned out that both my left and right eyes had issues. She accurately determined my power and suggested suitable lenses. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks!

I went for changing my lens,after eye test...They suggested to use blue lock computer lens...They changed my existing lens within half hour...Really nice and cool service... Have variety of collections of lens ,frame and sun glasses..nice ambience Friendly staffs,clearly explaining..Hats off Stay blessed..hv a great future....all d best....👍👏🙏😊💐

We had an amazing experience at Titan Eye plus. Angel Mary was very helpful in helping us understand and select the right glasses for me. She also explained it quite nicely on all the features. Had a not so nice experience from here. Visited this store seeing all the positive reviews about professionalism, but apparently there is quite a difference when it comes to Customer Experience /Satisfaction. Purchased 2 glasses from here after getting our eyes tested. All this was smooth and good (professional, though nothing exceptional compared to what you would get in any optical stores these days). After selecting the the frame and lens, we were a bit forced to pay the full amount, though we felt a bit odd that usually optical shops asks us to pay an advance amount and pay the full amount later on receipt of the completed lens and frame. But we paid the full amount and also received the receipt mentioning 'fully paid'. After a while coming out of the shop we recieved a call from the store informing there was a price difference in one of the frame and that we have to pay additional amount of Rs500. We were a bit occupied with something else and agreed to this, but on a second though called them back and asked them about the fully paid bill and why not they give a discount of this additional amount. They informed they will check on this and inform us, but never received a call back. On the day of collecting the product they insisted on the payment of additional 500 rs. We clearly mentioned to them how dissatisfied we felt about the whole purchasing experience. Its not about paying an additional 500 rs, but how helpless staff here is in such events where we purchased for around 12k and they insist on 500 rs/. They didnt even had the minimum courtesy of apologising for someones mistake of not updating the tags on the display properly. Any local store would have easily provided this amout as a discount and would be happy to retain their customer, but not someone in a corporate setup. That was my first and last time visiting a corporate store for 🤓. 1 star for the lady who did our eye tests pleasantly, others dont even care to have a nice smile.

I was on a short visit to Thrissur and i contacted Titan Eye+ at Punkunnam for EyeX frame. The Opthalmologist/front desk team did a very good coordination and it was ready in 3 days time!! (Other shops asked for minimun 7 days). Very supportive in eye test, insurance documentation, etc.

Exceptional service by Steffy. Highly recommend Titan Eye, Punkunnam!
