Al Manara Eye Care Hospital

Doctor was good👍. But staff service very bad . I will never suggest this hospital irresponsible management 👎👎👎👎👎👎total Waste of time and money 👎👎👎👎🫵

I had visited this hospital a few days back. They have a set of supportive and friendly staffs and doctors. All the formalities were completed without any delay. The doctor explained the intricacies with patience. The place was also neat and clean. I am happy with my visit. I will make sure to visit the same hospital the next time, when I have to.

Bad Experience 👎

Such a worst experience as they don't follow a sequence of process and if anyone is coming to visit the doctor has to wait for more than 1 hour. Initially they follow their eye test even if it is not required they are doing it forcefully.. after that wait for doctor another 1 hour.

Bad experience at all 🙌🏻 Irresponsible staffs and doctors also. My G'ma had a surgery last day(04/11/2021), They told us they will call us to inform the details of surgery and we were waiting for that.but they didn't call us or informed us.we were still for that.then we have called many times, once it connect they told again "we'll inform you" we are just like "ok" Because we have one more day for the surgery. And we are waited for it. But it take too much time. Then also no calls from their side.last we've tried many times now they are not taking the calls. So please don't go there with your family. Ok (04/11/2021) Diwaalii But why did they tell us the surgery will happen on 04th 🤷🏻 They should bothered about it 🙌🏻 Irresponsible 👎👎👎👎

Chief consultant eye surgeon has no time punctuality.. waiting for very long time for finishing his lunch break... hospital staff also no idea about doctor's timing.. very very bad services I ever seen..
