Sampada VR speciality eye care

Was searching for a place to get a diabetic retinopathy screening done and came across this clinic on Google Maps. I walked in the next day without an appointment, but unfortunately, all slots were booked for the coming week. I followed up after a couple of days and was able to secure a slot thanks to a last-minute opening. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the process. My appointment started within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. The nurses and support staff were knowledgeable and made the process smooth. The doctor took the time to thoroughly perform the necessary scans/tests and provided a clear explanation of the results along with the recommended follow-ups. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place.

I had an exceptional experience at Sampada.The doctors and staff were highly professional, courteous, and caring. The facilities and the treatment was good. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding medical insurance facility. I think this would make their services more accessible and convenient for many patients. Despite this, I highly recommend Sampada to anyone seeking quality eye care.

This is one of the best eye hospitals for Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) I have been consulting this hospital since the birth of my child and it is very good in terms of treatment and facilities. The only issue I faced is the heavy rush at the hospital Otherwise I am very much satisfied

Great service overall, Hospital service is better ,the staff was professional and helpful. I especially appreciated how friendly and approachable the doctor was, which made the consultation comfortable and reassuring.. but the pharmacy billing was a bit slow. Improving that would make the experience even better.

I have twin babies and ever since we started treatment here I’m really happy with everything. There have been no difficulties with the hospital’s services, the doctor is excellent and the staff is great. I also appreciate the follow-up care they provide It’s the best retina hospital in Kerala. However the seating capacity should be increased and having a parking guard to assist with parking would be necessary.
