Rayhan Eye Hospital, Triprayar

Had a very disappointing experience at Reyhan Eyecare Hospital, Triprayar. I had to wait for more than an hour just to see the doctor, despite having an appointment. and the waiting time was frustrating. If they value patients' time, they should manage their schedule better. Definitely not a place I would recommend if you expect timely service.

They are treating the patients nicely. Overall, it has a good atmosphere.

Hospital service is nice.. Patient is getting attended without much delay. Doctors are fine and well behaving. But at the counter.. Experiences much delay than normal.. For bill payment only cash and card is accepted. Not Qr transfer facilitity.. Why? In this era how can you ignore a modern system or facility which makes faster and time saving one.. A response is appreciated 🙏

I feel very good experience from the side of staffs and doctor. Very good service by all department.Doctor explained about my conditions very clearly. The optical shop is affordable for all patients.
