Saraswati Eye Hospital and Research Centre

On March 16, 2025, I arrived at the hospital at 10 AM for an eye check-up. After providing my name at reception, I was told, “Haan, aap baith jaiye, aapka number lag jayega.” However, I ended up waiting for two hours without any clear indication of when I would be seen. During those long hours, I asked several times for an update, but all I received were vague responses and no definite confirmation about my turn. I understand that hospitals can get busy, yet as someone who traveled all the way from Pune for this appointment, I felt deeply overlooked and unimportant. While the doctor’s expertise and care are commendable, the impersonal and dismissive attitude of the receptionist left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. However I ended up leaving the hospital without a check-up. I believe every patient deserves respect and clear communication, especially in moments when we are vulnerable. It is my hope that the hospital will work to improve the way their staff interacts with patients, ensuring that everyone feels valued and cared for. Because of this experience—and similar issues in the past with the same hospital—I no longer feel comfortable coming back for my eye check-ups.

Best eye hospital in central India..I have done my lasik surgery around 3week ago and doctors correct my high power number in a few minutes .. procedure was very fast and smoothly.very hyginic treatment done by doctors. Doctors resolved all my issues as par questioned by me even again and again which I was was asked ..cost of treatment very very nominal. Latest Machine of lasik there .I highly recommend for everyone.. even this hospital and team much much better then indore, Bombay ,Pune high prices hospital because same process same Machine same treatment but in minimum cost .whole staff and doctrs treat to me very humble.. thanks to rajendra sir, malav sir and whole staff of hospital.. finally I have clear vision without spects 😊

Best for eye treatment and checkup service. But management need to improve their pattern and way of taking appointment and managing patients. Been coming here since 2009 when i was in class 6th and now I'm working in a IT coming it's been more 13 year but there has been no change in the appointment system and definitely the foot count to the hospital is so high that you need to dig into new way of managing people. And update and modern solution needed to solve the problem.

Hospital treatment is good but staff which are taking appointment are thinking there self as they are superior than doctor some receptionist at your clinic are talking to patients in rude manner, making appointments dates so critical that some one can't imagine that it took more than 1.5 month for normal checkup of doctors Need to change your receptionist staff which are not using ethical practices Patient need doctor for treatment not for entertainment purposes need to hier polite staff some how

Best eye hospital in Nimar region. Equipped with all latest technology and facilities. Hospital is clean, doctors along with staff are very co-operative. I would recommend this is as better option rather than going indore or anywhere else
