I recently underwent a laser eye procedure and, unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. Due to what appears to be a malfunction in the machine and a lack of attention from the doctor, one of my eyes now has complications/error (earlier I could not see far sighted objects after operation I have difficulty in seeing near sighted objects). This has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I trusted the clinic and the doctor to prioritize my safety and ensure proper maintenance of the equipment. However, the lack of care and quality control in this situation is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hospital.

My cataract surgery and lens has been done by Dr. ajwani sir . Dr ajwain Sir is expert in his work. It was good and very smooth procedure at ajwani eye care hospitals along with all the procedures were very easily coordinated.

The new aura Feels more like a family business / circus. Being the only patient in the facility took us more than 40 minutes to get a basic eye check. One window to another to another, Round in round in circles only to see the doctor you are waiting for to write the medicines is busy because she is on a video call.
