Before surgery vision was very poor and after that surgery vision was very clear she is very happy . The whole process was super smooth, doctor explain each and evey step very clearly before the surgery and the hospital team was always available whenever needed. I won't recommend this place if you just want consultation and no surgery. The doctor was late, and the staff was very unprofessional (i just went for an eye infection check-up). They don't care about your time. So, if you have an entire day and lots of idle time, then go otherwise, no point. Choose some other hospital.

Highly qualified and they will be Experienced Dr. Prashant Singh Sir are available here in all days including Sunday as well and all staff behavior is really impressive and polite in nature. One of the worst hospital experiences that I ever had. Poor management of crowd. It took three days for me to get a simple eye test done. If you want to check the state of service just visit the asg shivaji nagar and see for yourself how badly crowd is managed. Patients are utterly confused. Some good things.. Billing and appointment staff service is good Work up area is good. Once workup is done, then the confusion starts. There is no visibility in when the doctor will come. What's ur number. Some suggestions 1. Keep one ground staff in each floor 2. Suggest the right doctors instead of patients selecting randomly. 3. Give a roadmap of what will happen next. 4. Digitize ur form filling activity. 5. May I help you should have someone present. It's usually empty. Only one day out of three days I could see someone seated there. Best wishes.
