Good service and low wait times, which I appreciate. However, I was surprised to see that the testing equipment wasn’t sanitized between patients. A simple wipe-down of the surfaces after each use would help reduce the spread of germs. This seems like a basic hygiene practice that should be standard at a good clinic or hospital.

I was recommended by the doctor to buy a "Polyethylene Glycol 400 & Propylene Glycol ophthalmic solution". It was sold to me for Rs.455. The same solution sells for Rs. 187 at Apollo pharmacy. It is a pathetic scheme to loot patients and the doctor gets a commission so he advises every patient to get that solution. You can only do it once, I'll never go back there. I have been going to sankalp for past 9 years. This was a surprise. Don't go there for the fancy building, you can get the same treatment for much lesser price. Also don't buy glasses from the hospital store, they charge a lot more than other optical stores.

Quite good from the point of view of cleanliness and services. Supportive staff and experienced doctors take very good care of patients. I highly appreciate this centre.

A good hospital with all the necessary amenities, doctors are polite & considerate they hear ur problem patiently & give u the best medication as well as staff is also very helping.

Had my mother operated here for cataract surgery. All of the staff was really helpful throughout the process. Dr lale and Dr saurabh both are really great doctors. 10/10 Would recommend.

I have been given appointment by the hospital itself at 9 am, upon arrival receptionist have told that there actual time of opening is 0930 but not 9. Would be great if they can update the timings
