CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) Dispensary

The closure and relocation of the CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) Dispensary to its new location in front of Mausam Vibhaag, behind Vikas Bhawan, have raised concerns among beneficiaries. While the move may have been necessary for administrative or infrastructural reasons, it has caused inconvenience to many regular patients. One of the major issues is accessibility. The previous location was well-known and easily reachable for senior citizens and those with mobility challenges. However, initial reports suggest that patients are facing delays and logistical issues due to the change. Proper signages, clear notifications, and better transport connectivity would help ease the transition for patients who depend on CGHS services. Cghs facility is very good and lovely but the doctors here doesn't make the appropriate referral that you want then you to get here again and again. Staff is not helpful. You have to wait for long hours. There are good doctors here as well but they have been transferred. Here right now are worse.

Dispensary is not kept clean.Some Staff and Doctors are working as a typical Government Servant.May God bless them.

This is one of the two dispensaries of Central Gov.in the Bhopal , M.P. State Capital meant for both serving and retired central gov. employees. It is a welness centre where OPD services are provided by the CMO and team of other two medical officers (Doctors). For seriou ailments and advance diagnosis and tests patients are refered to CGHS empanelled Speciality hospitals 🏥

Staff is not very helpful and we have to wait because of long queue. One or two doctors are available always so we have to stand for long time

Dispensary can't meet any emergency. It's working like medicine distribution centre,that too mostly supplying substitutes.

The hospital pharmacy counter is very slow.. they take hours to provide medicines for 4 to 5 patients..

Spacious Building but needs urgent renovation. Staff receptive and accommodative, to address concerns.
