I have gone through lasik surgery with Dr VS Nichlani and it was very smooth. I am able to see without specs now. Thank you so much sir. Nilesh(staff member) and other male staffs are very Co-operative and humble. Good work guys. I highly recommend them for eye related issues and lasik.

Worst experience ever. My FNAC test was done here by her assistant. She inserted 2 needles instead of 1 in my tumour. Second day I was called again and she inserted the needle again to get the sample. So careless, no precision and efficiency even after so much experience. Made me travel again, made me wait and above all, had this tumour be cancerous, inserting 3 needles must have done so much of damage. Pathetic. Writing again next day to tell that I received a call by the doctor herself after I gave this review. Could not believe I was talking to a doctor as the choice of words and tone was vile and outright offensive. She started screaming without listening to me. She was very rude and said that *isilie tum log pareshaan rehte ho* on asking what do you mean by TUM , she ignored the question. They called and told I was called for examination. But while examining suddenly a needle was inserted. I was startled and asked *phir se hga* she said yes, zyada dard nhi hga choti si hai. They could have clearly stated that we failed to collect in the first two attempts and hence we want to collect again, rather than covering up their incompetence. She also stated that I didn’t charge again, as if she was doing a favour. Which she obviously cannot as they didn’t process even one accurate report. I very well know the difference between benign and malignant. HAD it been malignant, a lot of damage could have been done. Thank God it wasn’t. The patient is never frustrated to travel for his/her betterment but surely if he/she is mislead of the situation, the anger is real. In case she would have been truthful and apologised rather than screaming and fighting after I gave the review, I might have thought that its a genuine mistake and would have given benefit of doubt. But, highly ignorant, vile, unprofessional and rude is what I think of her.

Experience was very good and staff's behavior and care for the patients is also good 👍 Overall very good experience and the process is also smooth, they do all process according to patients convenience and in last, thank you so much Dr. Nichlani Sir and his team
