My Name is Imran and extremely happy to share a feedback of Dr. AZRA KHURRAM This is our Second Baby and First we delivered at Gwalior (Hometown) (Blessed with Baby Girl ) For second we were looking Docter in Bhopal someone who is known to our family recomnended Dr. AZRA KHURRAM -Hafeez Hospital Jahangirabaad Bhopal I am very grateful to Dr. AZRA Ma'am and all the Nurses of Hafeez hospital who gave us such a good experience and shown cared . They understood and treated like a family from the first day. My wife needs such a doctor who can understand her. Now we are blessed with Baby Boy Thank You Azra Ma'am and all the staff -Hafiz Hospital who completed our family We will enjoying our second time parenting Alhamdulillah !!! Regards

Had Worst experience with dr Azra and hafeez hospital. They do cesarean surgeries most of the time and They tell you delivery packages and then ask you to bring medicines and injections. They call male anaesthesiologists for cesarean delivery and don’t care about pardah.

I noticed your reply today and hence I'm replying about it today. Kindly pay attention towards this:-Dr Azra Khurram's behaviour was very bad. "Two times my wife's weight wrongly measured" due to which Dr Azra responded that baby is not developing... which I made them realised on the same day by making the hospital staff to remeasure wife's weight on the same machine. "My wife's haemoglobin test report was given wrong" according to which I was told by the Dr that my wife is anemic due to which I went to different pathology lab for the same test next day from where I found that my wife wasn't anemic. This was really disappointing. My wife's first delivery was through c-section hence I asked for VBAC in second delivery which is considered much safe than second c-section and scar thickness of my wife was very suitable for VBAC (normal delivery) but Dr Azra responded me in an extremely bad way and asked to leave her cabin and disgracefully said - mujhe aur bhi logo ko dekhna hai. As she was not able to have discussion on it bcoz of my good knowledge of it. After which I took my wife to another hospital where my wife's second delivery gone normal (VBAC) from another hospital where the Dr and staff was very calm, well behaved and experienced. I'll never reccomend Dr Azra. 07/11/2023 Very bad experience. Dr Azra is very rude. I took my wife for her treatment in second delivery. I asked some relevant questions about my wife's pregnancy but Dr Azra replied extremely cruelly and said that I have other patients also to check... She asked to have the Hb test from her recommended pathology and we got wrong report in which my wife's Hb was shown very low. I counter checked it from another lab which I found different and much better. Two times she weighed my wife less and told that baby is not growing... Although the weight of my wife was found normal when rechecked. Dr Azra's job is just to make the patient afraid and demotivated and does a quantity job rather than quality one.

Superb doctor and super staff better than better service provider best hospital

Very bad behavior of a doctors, instead of giving money they behave more worst like a govt junior doctors .. the tone is very rude.. instead of calming down the patient they make them more panic and don't even listen properly what they have to say.. worst experience. They need to work on their listening abilities.

Very good service and reasonable hospital

My younger brother had conjunctivitis. I could have gone to a local clinic where I would have spent most to most 70 rs (consult fees + medicine) but I went to this eye care hospital. They charged me 400 rs ( consultation fees only ) . The doctor spent 6 - 7 minutes saying it's just a normal bacterial infection. He gave me a prescription for 3 different medicines.......I went to the chemist and he said the cost is 500 rs. Then I went to my local clinic. The doctor gave me medicine + eye drop and he charged 90 rs.
