Very unprofessional and unskilled staff. I visited for a new frame as my older frame was broke from side. They broke my lens which was very costly and the staff keep arguing even after that the girl who broke the lens wasn't even apologetic, they did not accept their mistake and this was my second bad experience from this place. Earlier my Nana and Nani visited this place for new specs. They provided us malfunctioned specs. The lens of my Nana's frame was of wrong size and it kept straining his eyes. We visited this place 3 times so they can fix the problem but yet everytime we got the same malfunctioned specs. Please don't visit this shop if you want good quality of product and don't ever visit for a new frame atleast because they'll break your lens so that you have to buy a new frame+lens altogether. Very disapponted.
