The eye testing process was thorough and professional, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The variety of stylish frames available made choosing a pair fun and exciting.

Well qualified and expert staff attended. The store has huge and nice collection. I will always prefer to go to lenskart stores rather than to local opticians.

The staff was very polite and helpful. I interviewed the store manager, Mr. Rohit Vishwakarma, for a college assignment, and he was very cooperative, making the experience enjoyable.

Horrible Not able to track order after 10 days of ordering Store number is not available online and on calling the given number - I have to wait for 15 mts and atlast I got to know that product is already delivered at store and due to technical problem message not received. And obviously it is not store person,s responsibility to message or call me
