Recently, I took my parents to Matashree Hospital for a checkup based on a relative's recommendation. The OPD process was straightforward. After registering, they tested my parents' eyes for vision and pressure. The doctor then reviewed the results and provided a further diagnosis. Their charge for OPD is Rs 400, including eye tests. They also dilate your eyes for advanced tests and prescribe medications accordingly. Overall, everything went well.

I went to treat my eye irritation. The hospital was very clean and well maintained. There were different specialist doctors. Information can easily be taken from the reception or via phone call to the hospital. I got an appointment with Dr. Chahveer S Bindra in the evening slot. I was given medication and ointments for my eye allergy. His diagnosis treated me well and I recovered my eye irritation.

I recently visited Matashree Netralaya for my Mother's Cataract surgery, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in detail. The facilities are clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience. I am extremely satisfied with my treatment and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality eye care. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent service!

If you have insurance, don't go there. My cashless claim was rejected multiple times because of the stupidity of the staff. They don't even know the process. Ultimately, i had to pay from my pocket. And, they didn't provide the proper bills to claim later. Avoid this hospital, if you are ready to pay out of your pocket. Management is poor, doctor is good.

Visited Matashree Netralaya after multiple failed visits to other eye doctors in Bhopal. Dr Preeti diagnosed blockage in my eye glands and advised meibomian gland therapy, which has helped improve my discomfort. Wanted to appreciate the patient service provided by their nurse Vivek, who very professionally did all the tests and administered the eye therapy.

Cleanliness is good,but optical unit is run in the name MSN , emphasis is more on selling costly frames and glasses irrespective of suitability. After making full payment ,our frame was found higher in size and unsuitable and hence had to purchase another frame,the costly frame was not taken back. It is also advised to have second opinion/consultation of another doctor.
