Titan Eye+ at Bittan Market, Bhopal

One of the screws in my titan eye glass frame has gotten loose and I wanted them to just tight it. Upon seeing he started saying, "sir ye toot sakta hai, mujhe toh risk lag raha hai, aap ko risk lena padega, aap beth jaiye hum check karte hain." I just took back my glasses from him saying I will see somewhere else. As a matter of fact this loosening of screw has happened with me before and last time, the titan eye outlet in Rohit nagar told me, it a small issue and replaced tightened the screw free of cost. But this bittan market outlet was going to break my otherwise fine glass frame to make me purchase new ones. My experience with this outlet has never been good. Rohit nagar outlet is run by a husband and wife so they treat people genuinely. This outlet is run by a bunch of idle sitting salesmen who have to scam and break otherwise undamaged glasses and frames so that they can get paid at the end of the month. Never buy from places run by salesmen.

Great service by the staff. They changed the damaged nose pads of my two eyeglasses for free.

Abdul was very helpful and provided great customer service. He fixed my glasses and did not even charge for it. Highly recommend this location and all staff here.

This is a temporary review as I have paid Rs 8279 for lenses and lenses are not perfect , so I have lodged a complaint and the dealer has taken back the glasses today and ensured to resolve it. So I have to wait for complaint resolution. It’s my update after 10 days—- Mr Prayag of showroom given me 3 days to resolve my issue in 3 days but they didn’t respond. Today after 10 days when I called .. the 3 people of show room are still giving irresponsible response.. now they are calling me to come store in the evening .. let me see what they will do… Ultimately they resolved the issue but took too much time

Extremely satisfied with the services of the store. Right from getting eye tests to the products offered, one can't expect anything better. The staff is extremely helpful and take good care of the needs of the client. Ms. Rupal tiwari is extremely polite and very able. Overall it has been a great experience all staff

worst place to order and trust them with your product I placed an order for contact lenses. The team assured in writing that the product will be delivered in 8-10 days at the address provided. I followed up after 15 days and it was informed that the product has been dispatched and they will call me in half an hour with the tracking details. I kept on waiting , but received no call. I followed up and they said that they will be calling me back with the update. This went on for quite a few days . After 26 days, I asked for the details refusing to keep the call without a conslusive update and they said that that they are short of supply and hence still waiting for the product. This reason was completely different from what was shared earlier. Now i am asking for a refund and following up as I amnot sure what is to be done. This center has made me lose trust on Titan Eye plus as a whole.

I visited this store for service of my specs. I stood on it by mistake, the lens came off along with a wide deflection in the frame. I was scared if i just broke my costly specs. But Mr Abdul, repaired it like a new one free of cost. It feels so perfect. Very good service at Titan eyeplus, situated in buttan market.
