My experience with Dr. Aashul Chawla was awesome. He and his staff all waited for me even post the consultation time at night to check my eye when I suffered corneal burn and I am really very thankful to them for being there and handling the situation efficiently.

I visited vision eye care hospital but after meeting Dr. Chawla I found his behaviour very unprofessional. He asked to pay the amount in cash for lens rather than through digital mode as per govt initiative purposely to save from tax . Now, come to my experience. He operated my relative for cataract but his so called expertise proved to be fatal. He damaged his retina during surgery and even after this was saying that he don't know how this happened and said that retina is fine. By the body language of Dr Chawla it was quite evident that he was trying to hide something and told us that there's minor bleeding will get clear its own but later said this needs cleaning which is small procedure. My apprehension grew more about this Dr. and took advice of other Dr and they gave us fact that due to wrong operation of cataract retina has been damaged which caused temporary lost of eye sight despite this Dr. Gajendra Chawla was trying to hide his mistakes. I feel that he is very unprofessional and lie to his patients to cover up his mistakes instead of telling truth. He is such a liar Dr I met and taking money in cash only for lenses as such also doing fraud with govt by hiding his actual income to avoid tax. I urge people to please not go there and save your precious ones eye. Also request department or authority to take a look why they compel patient to pay cash for lens instead through digital payment and not providing any bill against it. He did worst in our case and was lying too. Being the patient we treat doctor as God but he is not for sure. Due to him we have to suffer a lot. He is experienced in this only professionally he is not sound and unreliable. Moreover their team counter and cover up mistakes and lapses by giving false narration just to save themselves. No concern for patient and their situation. I personally seen what we lost after the operation there. Hospital social media team just gives wrong reasons in reply to review for which they should be shameful. What they did in our case and giving totally fabricated justification in reply to review. But God knows very well what they did and will face consequences for their lies and deeds. May god give them strength to accept their lapses. Their justification in reply to review is baseless and fabricated and far from fact. I request everyone not to believe their side. What I lost due to this hospital and doctor I only know. It shows they have no emotions.
